Coffee Loving Papercrafters

I’m late, I’m late for a very important date. I feel like a big dolt because I totally was undercaffienated this week and accidentally forgot to post my card for ya’ll. But here it is! Better late than never.

I was working on a watercolor project using Ken Oliver Color Burst crystals and had a ton of pigment left on my craft mat, so I took a blank piece of paper and smooshed it into the leftover pigment and swished it around a little bit.

I stamped a coffee pot from Whimsy Stamps – it’s called Coffee Break additions but I couldn’t find it in their online store when I checked (perhaps it’s technological ineptitude). I sprinkled a little more Color Burst crystals onto my craft mat and picked up the color with a damp paint brush.

Added a little bit o’ striped washi tape…

And embossed a sentiment from the same stamp set.

A put all that goodness together to create a messy, clean masterpiece. Watercolor Monday complete.
