Hey Coffee Lovers! It’s Amy here with a reboot of the Sponsor Solo feature. This segment was originally the fantastic idea of Brew Crew member – Melissa Chipperfield. I took over after Melissa but things well, became busy and I decided that I need to post more often over here.
Today we are spotlighting Technique Tuesday!

History: Technique Tuesday was founded in 2003. Our managers are experienced business people who are committed to doing business with integrity. Because we are also card makers, scrapbookers and paper crafters, we carefully design each of our products, thoroughly test them. We only sell products that we love and think you will love too. Our products, our packaging, and the techniques we showcase are all created with you, a fellow paper crafter, in mind.
Location: Our corporate offices and distribution centers are located in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area. Our products are sold through specialty craft retailers in the USA and around the world. Our stamps and dies are proudly made in the USA and are competitively priced to appeal to beginning and expert paper crafters who understand the value of high-quality products. Whether you are expressing your own creativity making handmade cards, preserving your family’s memories, or are crafting with your children, you will love the projects you create using Technique Tuesday products!
The very lovely Teri Anderson recently shared a couple of her latest releases:

You may recognize Teri Anderson as one the Go-to Gals and contributing editors for Paper Crafts & Scrapbooking magazine, as the retired hostess for the Moxie Fab World blog or from one of the many card or scrapbook classes she taught around the USA. Teri can be found on the Technique Tuesday blog and social media communities, making projects and providing leadership for their creative team, and in the thick of the action with our product development team.
Check out this card that Teri designed:

Isn’t Teri’s card awesome? I love her coloring and the different elements she included in her design!
I couldn’t wait to dive in! I happily designed with both Sassy Coffee + Perk Up! It has been 2.5 weeks since I last whipped up a card and it didn’t take me long to come up with this:

Don’t you love that sentiment from the Sassy Coffee set? The To Go cup from Perk Up is even more special with that woodgrain coffee sleeve💚
So this card was inspired by many different things. In case you didn’t know, I recently returned from a glorious 2 week trip to Europe (Paris, London + Amsterdam). It was all because my son is doing a study abroad in Paris for a semester. When you’re on a 10 hour flight, you’ll basically watch any of the videos that the airline provides. I happened to watch a fashion youtuber (I really don’t watch anything except crafty youtubes). She was revitalizing older pieces of clothing so I translated that into crafting by using ‘older’ supplies. The paper is circa 2015 Shimelle – Christmas Magic and I picked up the Spellbinders Shapeabilities Nested Mittens from a B/S/T board ages ago.

What do you think?! That extra dash of felt, I love felt. It’s such a great way to add texture and makes things cozy.
So the sketch was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches. I was especially inspired by Linda Callahan’s project. Which also reminded me of a design by Michele Ferguson = inspired me to design THIS = which then Michele raised another pair. Did you get all of that?! LOL
Have you created a project with one or both of these Technique Tuesday stamp sets? Please leave a comment + link! We’d love to see it!
A big shout out to Technique Tuesday + Teri Anderson💚 We’re so excited to have Technique Tuesday joining in the Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop Fun!
