Hello there coffee-loving crafters! It’s Kerry here with another fun Sunday Sip installment. This week, I’m upcycling the FALL cup I got with my Pumpkin Spice Latte order on the first day of Fall. I love that these mugs are blank mugs and are just itchin to be inked! Have you inked yours up yet? This orange is my favorite and I thought some falling leaves would look beautiful on the cup.
I used the Fall Leaves clear stamp set from Joy Clair and used several different Memento colors for the ink. Since I was stamping on the round cup, I just placed the stamp on my finger and pressed it against the cup to create the impression.
Of course, adding a bit of fall ribbon and some doodling and some gold splatter is also just enough to put this cup over the top! Give it a try! My sketch challenge this week includes the cup shape so you can create a cup card OR decorate your own Starbucks cup. PS…I washed the cup and filled it with some Werther’s Pumpkin Spice Caramels! MMM good!
