Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Hello there coffee-loving crafters!  It’s Kerry here and I’m back with another fun Sip and Share.  I don’t know for sure, but I bet many of you are just as excited as I am for PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE season!  Yes, I’m so excited and keep checking my coffee shops for the PSL debut.  It’s not here YET but I know it’ll come any day now!  I decided to create this card to get me in the MOOOOD, if you get what I’m saying.

I started out by using the Circle Bliss Stencil on some Catalina Splash cardstock using Beach Ball ink and a dauber.  After that, I rubbed some Brush Silver Pan Pastel over the inked stencil to mute the blue color and give the stenciled pattern some shine.  I love how the Pan Pastel just grips right to the ink onto my cardstock.

Next, I pulled a gorgeous leaves set called Autumn Days and stamped one of the leaves in the set with some Citrus Cooler Ink, then I distressed it with a mini dauber.  I then creased the leaves on the center vein so that I could give them some dimension.

After that, I diecut the sentiment frame using the Fancy Label Die set and then I selected a STRONG sentiment for my PSL card using the Hey Sugar stamp set and some Black Licorice ink.  

Adding some Pool Play sparkle washi tape, a scrap of Mirror Gold cardstock, a few Fashion Gold pearls and some black twine finished the card off!
