Welcome to Tuesday crafTEA time, Coffee and tea lovers!
I’m back with two tea themed cards to share with you. In this week, I tried to make patterned background on my card. Let’s get started!
For the first card, I randomly stamped one tea bag stamp from Jane’s Doodles on a white card base. I die cut small rectangle panel from watercolor paper using MFT dienamics. I think sentiment from SSS and tea cup from Jane’s Doodles go well with each other. I then colored tea cup with Alpha tint watercolor paints. By adding hemp cords with ribbon on the left side, I finished off this card.
For the second card, I used lots of images from Sweet Stamp Shops ‘Tea time’ stamp set. I carefully stamped all images for harmonious final look. I colored them using Copic and Shinhan touch brush markers and stamped small dots using dye inks. At first, I’d like to add big fish tale cut panel on the card for sentiment and other images, but it looked so pretty without separate panel and I change my mind. Instead, I added a sentiment tab on the right side of the card. Oh, sentiment is from MFT. Lastly, I mounted colored panel to an A2 sized white card base.
Hope you enjoyed these cards. Thank you so much for stopping by!
Love,
Dana
