Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Hello there Coffee Loving papercrafters!  It’s Kerry here and while I’m probably sleeping in late on Spring Break, I’m sharing something I created right before I headed out the door for vacation!  I’m so looking forward to doing nothing but spending lazy days poolside at my parents home in Georgia, snoozing, drinking (coffee), reading, walking my dog and just plain RELAXING.I can say I’m bringing my planner and some inks- but I’m going to do a little shopping too.  I’ve scoped out some crafty spots that I hope to visit and find some coffee-loving crafty items. Cross your fingers for me!  🙂  I used the Planner Addict stamp set called WEEKENDS.  It’s the perfect little set for weekends and it’s a go-to set for cute little cups (tea) and books and pancakes and well, yeah, fun lazy day things!  I also added a bit of a Starbucks coffee sleeve to help document the day.  I had a LONG drive to GA from VA so I needed a couple stops at Starbucks for pick-me-ups!

Now, I also created a card using this same stamp set.  It’s quite CAS and oh so fun!  I painted some offset horizontal stripes using some of my coffee-shot and doodled a bit too.  I used my MISTI to stamp the cup in black ink, align the sentiment perfectly and stamp that with red ink.  A little twine and some shine and it was done!

Yeah, weekends…and coffee…and…crafting…LOVE!
