Happy crafTEA Tuesday, Coffee loving friends!
It’s Dana here. Today I have a simple coffee card to share with you.
For this card, I started by die cutting ‘coffee’ sentiment from The Ton stamps several times. After die cutting, I glued each of them on the watercolor paper as shown on the picture. Then, I white heat embossed coffee bean image from Jane’s Doodles where I wanted them. I then sponged distress inks with mini blending tool and spritzed shimmer spray from Imagine crafts over the whole background. It brings watercolor effect on my card.
Next, I die cut scallop frame from MFT. Sentiment is from MFT Perk Up stamp set and stamped with MME Lollipop pigment ink and clear heat embossed onto the vellum paper. I then combined frame die and vellum panel using glue and foam mounted it on the background panel.
To finish, I reused coffee bean embossing folder technique that I used on my last project (click HERE) and fussy cut raised parts and glue them on the background panel.
It’s not the end! I’d like to share one more, my drip bag coffee packaging!
In these days, I enjoy making handmade drip bags using drip bag filters and sealing machine for my coffee break. I generally packaged them in aluminum foil bags (outside is coated with kraft paper, but inside is AL foil) and it means I have lots of kraft papers to be able to decorate with my sleeping stamps in my stash. Here is a part of the results.
For today’s Mandheling coffee packaging, I used SSS Choose Happy stamp set. Quick and simple stamping, but it makes me so happy! I’ll share more packages on my Instagram from time to time.
Thank you so much for stopping by! See you again on the 2017 CLC Spring hop! 🙂
Love,
Dana
