This is Dana here with my first DT card. I’m so honored to be part of Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog design team. Thank you so much for having me, Amy and the whole team!
Today I have a new year card to share with you.
For this card, I started by stamping number images, coffee cup and sentiment onto the kraft color paper using Versafine Onyx Black. This background paper contains some of cacao shell and I thought it will be very nice to use on my first DT card. I’m sure you are agree with me at least cocoa lovers. haha.
I colored coffee cup and added stripes using Zig clean color real brush. After coloring, I die cut a background panel for stitches.
Next, I die cut a tea pot from cream card stock and tea spoon from silver metallic card stock 3 times. I glued each of them for dimension. I then mounted glitter paper to the craft foam (big heart) and kraft paper (small hearts) and cut them out with heart dies.
To finish off, I glued dark grey card stock, kraft panel and all elements to the white card base.
