Hello Crafty Friends and Coffee Lovers,
Winter is around the corner and it’s really cold outside. I love this time of the year since I was a child. We enjoy longs walks in the cold and after this a delicious hot Coffee.
For today’s card I used the super cute “Christmas Friends” Stamp Set by Prettypinkposh. It was love at first sight. This set is soooo amazing. I combined it with one of the “Stitched Borders 2” Die, also by Prettypinkposh. The Sentiment is from the “Coffee Love” Stamp Set by Altenew.
First I made a snowy sky and watercolored a piece of Watercolor Cardstock with Distress Inks. After drying I added the snowflakes with the “Falling Snow” Stencil by Simon says Stamp and Embossing Paste,
Then I stamped the sweet Christmas Friends on a piece of Watercolor Cardstock and water colored them with Distress Inks. I diecutted the snowy hills with one of the Stitched Borders 2. I mounted the Watercolor Cardstock on a Kraft card base using dimensional foam tape. Then I added the snowy hills, the Christmas Friends and the Sentiment. I embellished the card with lots of shimmer and glimmer on the snowy hills and the hair of the Cuties using the Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen.
