Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Hello coffee lovers!

Andreea here and today I have another fall themed coffee card to share with you.

We are only 2 days away from the Coffee Lovers Fall blog hop and we are so excited to see all of your coffee / tea and cocoa fall theme cards. Ready to break another participation record? So are we!!

Since we started discussing about the fall blog hop, a few of our friends mentioned they would love to join, but not all have coffee/tea stamp sets to use. I believe a lot of the stamp sets we have in our stash have sentiments which could be used creatively; some of them even have some cups images which you can combine in a fall theme scene.

On the card I am sharing with you today the main stamp set I am using is the versatile “Nuts about you” by SugarPea Designs. This stamp set can be used for fall cards, birthday and thank you cards.

I have done quite a bit of masking on this card, to create the pile of nuts our cute little squirrel is collecting around it’s coffee cup. The coffee cup included in my scene is by SugarPea Designs as well, part of the “Coffee addict” stamp set. I believe the squirrel might be a fan of the hazelnut latte,  by the looks of things.

After stamping all images, I have masked the entire scene and blended distress inks for creating my background. The images are colored with zig markers and prisma color pens. I die cut my panel using the stitched rectangle dies by Simon Say Stamp. The sentiment is embossed with white embossing power by Simon Says Stamp, and applied on the panel with dimensional foam. I attached the panel to my card base with fun foam, after adding a bit of twine.
