Today we have another awesome Guest Designer joining us: Jennifer Loftfield
Hello my caffeinated compatriots – I’m Jen, and I blog over at Caffeinated Papercuts. I’m so happy to be here today! As you might be able to tell from the name, I kind of like coffee. And paper. Just a little…hehehe.
By day I’m an engineer, wife, and mom to a 5 year old dinosaur (or is he a scientist today? I lose track) and a whole herd of kitties. Oh, and chickens; can’t forget the chickens. But when night falls, I am the caffeinated queen of my crafty domain!
What, too much? Ok, ok, the cats follow me into the craft room and critique my color choices at times. More realistic now? LOL
I love getting inky, playing with different techniques, and just unwinding with my stamps. I’ve played along with every Coffee Lover’s Hop since the beginning and am currently on the So Suzy Stamps Design Team. I had a hard time picking just one favorite card, mostly because Jasper-cat wouldn’t be ignored. Typical.
This one from the Fall 2015 hop is one of my all-time favorites. Ink splatters, patterned paper, heat embossing…oh yeah, good stuff right there. And it was so much fun to make!
Now this one is from this past Spring Hop and never made it to the blog, but he did make an appearance on Instagram. My Jasper-cat, after Mommy’s coffee yet again…
Mmm, coffee…and you know what goes oh-so-nicely with coffee? DONUTS!
I just had to make a new card to share with you today. I love mixing & matching my stamps and dies; this one is a mix of Reverse Confetti donut deliciousness and the Tim Holtz Sizzix coffee die.
Of course, now I’m hungry and want a donut. And more coffee. Time for a refill! I have another card to share over at my blog as well, I do hope you’ll grab some coffee and join me over there. Happy caffeinated crafting!
