Rubeena Naz
I am a student of life, and learning is my passion (my three degrees are proof). While I was getting my masters in social work, I accidentally discovered papercrafting (mid 2014). It has been nothing but an adventure as I tapped into the creative part of myself that was never really nurtured. I discovered a lot about myself and made countless friends from all over the world. The best part was being able to inspire others and to share handmade things, which built my confidence. I continue to challenge myself to try new things and get out of my comfort zone. There is no particular style that I stick to, but I do enjoy layers and/or lots of colors. I’m thrilled to be on the Design Team for Coffee Loving Cardmakers since I love coffee (and tea). Tea is a big part of my culture, and I’ve been drinking it for nearly two decades (I’m 31). I didn’t start drinking coffee until I got to college since I needed those double shots for all-nighters! One of my favorite drinks is the toasted graham latte, which I don’t get often, but when I do, it’s like a gift to me from myself. 😉 Lately, I’ve been expanding from just black tea to include all other kinds of teas — and I’m open to all fruity, floral, and other flavors. Being able to combine my love for caffeine and crafting is awesome! I have countless ideas in my mind so I hope you stick around for the journey with me! Thank you for this wonderful opportunity!
