Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Good morning lovelies!
Anyone else have mornings like this? Caffeinating and hoping for the best? I have a lot of those….good thing I like my coffee! Haha

This fun, sleepy, and “needs coffee”, chicken stamp is from our super sponsor, Unity Stamp Co.
I had a ton of fun coloring this guy…adding in the bright feathers. I also colored the mug to look like pretty pottery (inspired by fellow Unity DT member, Jolande) and added some glossy accents over it to give it that more “realistic” look. I love how it turned out and now I NEED a mug just like it!
Of course, I also added my usual texture and layers. But for the sentiment I went in a bit of a different direction – using a flag/banner style. I finished off the card with some colorful dew drops.

Somehow, I didn’t get a photo of my inside sentiment: “You’re still younger than you’ll be next year! Happy Birthday”
I mixed and matched the following Unity Stamp Co stamps to create my card:

– March Beginnings
