Michael Trent, our February Guest is back on the blog with his first official post/project for the Coffee Loving Papercrafters. Read his intro HERE.
Hello everyone! My name is Michael, and I am a coffee addict. I am also thrilled to be the guest designer for the Coffee Loving Papercrafts blog every Friday in February.
First, I made 2 top-folding A2 card bases using red cardstock.
Then I cut two pieces of white cardstock using a 4″ x 5.25″ stitched rectangle die, and adhered them to the inside of the cards.

Next, I printed my images on 180gsm/65lb white cardstock, die-cut each image using a 4″ x 5.25″ stitched rectangle die, and used my BIC Intensity Markers to color them – one in only red and pink, and the other I made very colorful.

I adhered a piece of red fun foam to the back of each image. Then I adhered them to the card fronts. You can also use foam tape or dots.
I used one of the sentiments from the Angie Blom Digital Designs – Treats Background kit for the front of the card, and, I made my sentiment on the computer for the inside of the card. After printing them, I die-cut them using a stitched banner die, layered them on a piece of red cardstock, and then adhered them to the front and inside of the card.
To finish off the cards, I added glitter glue for the whipped cream on the coffees and the cupcakes and around the card front.
