Hey everyone,I am back today with a third card for this month’s Lattes & Layers challenge of Sparkle. I used a clip art image and made a scrappy background with a bunch of scraps. The main image is mounted on foam squares.
It’s hard to tell but I did add a bit of sparkle to the marshmallows
