Happy Tuesday my creative crafters. Challenging myself to create more than one card with my stamp sets. Today I am sharing two cards made with a stamp set from Super Sponsor Art Impression Stamps.
Both cards are featuring the Koalas Set. This stamp set has four koala images, a mini confetti image, and eight sentiments. It’s great that this set comes with the dies included.

I love the way that Art Impressions features a color guide of the stamps on the package. This helps selecting color combinations or with the shading. I liked the colors they used, though I changed up the colors a little.

You Have Koala My Heart: I selected the sweet image of the Koala sleeping in the tree with a sweet birdie pal and made a shaker card. I die cut a circle slightly off center in white cardstock and chose some lovely turquoise cardstock as the second layer.
I colored the image with Copic alcohol markers and fussy cut it out, making sure I left extra room on the ends of the tree to attach to the underside of the die cut circle opening. I glued the koala image to the underside, added a clear plastic film layer from discarded stamp packaging, for the shaker top layer. For the bottom shaker portion, I cut a layer from some white foam slightly smaller than the main panel and die cut a circle slightly larger than the opening circle.
Once I glued the foam piece down to the turquoise layer atop the folded cardstock base, I filled the cavity half full with Pretty Pink Posh Spring Pop Shaker Beads and glued the top panel in place with Bearly Art Precision Glue.
Copics: [Black/Grey]: 110, BV23, W5, C3. [Blues]: B95, FBG2, B00, BG10. [Greens]: G02, G00. YG41, FYG2. [Pink/Creams]: RV25, R22, RV21, E95, E51. [Orange/Yellows]: Y35, YR07.

The sentiment was white embossed on black cardstock and die cut using nesting circle dies. For added color balance at the bottom, I added a strip of striped scrap paper.

Koala-ty Time: For the second card I stamped the sitting koala on light weight paper and fussy cut it to use it to mask over the image of the koala on the tea cups. I placed the koala in teacups over the masking and stamped. These images have such an infectious smile.
I colored the images with Copic alcohol markers and layered with turquoise cardstock. This card design can be made into a simple one layer card by omitting the color layers.

To top it off, I added some white gel pen details.
