Hello coffee loving crafters! It’s has been a busy week for me and I am so ready to take a little break today with having a slow weekend just sitting with a cup of coffee in my hand. But today, let’s take a little coffee break with me here….
I wanna share this simple, CAS caffeinated Christmas card with you all today. I was inspired by the Caffeinated Christmas Card theme of this month: coffee or cocoa. This is a fun challenge every month when you can create a caffeinated Christmas card for your holiday stash.
On my caffeinated Christmas card today, I used supplies from our Super Sponsor, Creative Worship Stamps (before Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps).

This Crazy About Cocoa: Sweets & Treats digital stamp set is so totally ADORABLE! I printed the one of the images on a white cardstock using inkjet printer and use a craft heat gun to dry the ink well. And then I colored it with Altenew Artist Markers and fussy cut it with scissors.
When working with digital stamps, I would suggest to print the images the day before for better result because the ink will dry overnight before coloring using alcohol inks and color pencils. But if you want to use watercolor, I would suggest to print it with Laser printer instead.

I stamped the sentiment with Memento Jet Black on a white cardstock and cut it into small sentiment tag.
I taped the Snowstorm Stencil on a piece of white cardstock and I added some of the Arctic VersaFine Clair ink with blending brush. After that, I cut it with the largest die size from Stitched Rectangle Die Set. I added it to the card base with permanent adhesive glue.

I cut a piece of polkadots vellum paper with one of the Scalloped Stitched Oval Die Set and added it to the center of the card Tombow Vellum tape.
I added the rest of the elements (coffee cup and sentiment) to the card with permanent adhesive glue.
Though this card has some layers, but it is flat enough to be mailed without extra postage.
Thanks for stopping by! Have a fabulous day!
