Happy Friday! Our August Guest Designer, Teri Anderson, is back with another cute project!
Hi, all!
It’s Teri Anderson, and I’ve got another coffee-themed card to share with you.
I love making cute, silly scenes so today’s card is just that. Birds and coffee go hand in hand… right?! Wink!

I created the little scene here with creating the bird with the Tweet Life stamps and stencils from Concord & 9th. I hadn’t planned on adding a bow to bird’s head but I got a little crazy when I added some pink ink to the panel’s background and got a big blob right over her head. Needless to say, I tied the little bow and strategically placed it to cover most of the ink. The bird is one big bird so I decided she needed two super-sized cups of coffee. I cut them from a Paper Rose die out of white cardstock and then blended ink onto them.
The sentiment, along with the steam coming from one of the coffee cups, are from Lawn Fawn. I completed the little scene with some inked up hearts and sequins. I added some white Creative Photo Corners from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L and then mounted it onto vellum and a panel of cardstock embossed with a Sunny Studio embossing folder.

I kept the card blank inside. I haven’t decided quite yet if this card will go to my significant other or to one of my friends.
I hope today’s card made you smile! Thanks again for stopping by and letting me share a card with you!
