Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Happy Friday! We’re so excited to have Teri Anderson as our August Guest Designer:

Hi, friends!

I’m Teri Anderson. I’m a longtime card maker and scrapbooker from the Pacific Northwest and love creating for the fun of it. I’ve been on a number of design teams over the years and was a Go-to Gal contributing editor for Paper Crafts & Scrapbooking magazine until they closed. I’m currently on just one design team, Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. When I’m not making things, I’m thrifting, going to the gym, catching up on the news and hanging out with my wonderful senior pup, Marley.

I’m super thrilled to be a guest for this month. I love the community of the coffee loving papercrafters! It makes me smile. Thank you so much for having me! 

Kicking off the month with this snazzy number! Why go putting one coffee cup on a card when you can put several on?!

I stamped, colored and die-cut all these images from Pretty Pink Posh’s Winter Drinks stamp set. I couldn’t pick just one cup to use on my card so I used several of them!

I didn’t want the background to take anything away from the images so I used a Sunny Studio Sunburst embossing folder to emboss a panel of white cardstock to place underneath them. I love the texture it added so I added even more by with a couple photo corners from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. I think that adds a little bit of the unexpected to the card as well.

I completed the card with the sentiment, which is also from the Pretty Pink Posh set I stamped 

the cups with. I always like a bit of sparkle so I added some confetti sequins to it as well.
