Hi there! Vanessa here for my first DT post for Sip & Stamp Sunday. I thought I’d start off sharing the card I created to make my blog post header. I had fun creating a card combining two of my favorite things: coffee and cardmaking.

I started off ink blending the background with oxide inks: Abandoned Coral, Dried Marigold, and Scattered Straw onto Strathmore mixed media paper, die cut using super sponsor Miss Ink Stamps stitched rectangle die from the Punny Farm Frame set, then spritzed with water.
Using a newly released stencil from Miss Ink Stamps, Coffee Rings, I inked the stencil with Vintage Photo oxide ink.The Coffee mug is a die set, Beary cute layered die set, from super sponsor Trinity Stamps. It’s cut from Strathmore paper also, inked with Mermaid Lagoon oxide ink and sprayed with water. Once dry, stamped with a sentiment from Miss Ink Stamps called Coffee.
Super sponsor Jaded Blossom Stamps has a fun set called Paper Hoarder; it has cute crafty Stamps in it like the old traditional stamp that I used: stamped and fussy cut x3.

After stamping super sponsor Altenew’s Coffee, Craft, repeat stamp in the lower right corner, it was ready to assemble and attach to an A2 card base. I’m sharing a close up of a spoon my MIL gave me. It sits near my coffee machines as decor.
