It’s already the last Friday of the month! Time flies when there is so much inspiration! We have our April Guestie – Terri Burson with us today. Make sure you check out all the lovely projects that she shared with us this month, they’ve been added to the bottom of this post.

Where has the time gone? Terri here, with my last share for April. I recently purchased the Picket Fence Studio Basic Die Cutting Set 1, because I wanted to make some scenic window cards. Well then, I decided I needed some larger stamp images for what I had in mind, haha, so I snagged the Jane’s Doodles Tea-riffic stamp set from Creative Expressions, too! I’d been eye-balling that one for awhile.

I chose some pretty patterned paper first for my “wallpaper”, then selected Copic marker colors that would pair nicely with the paper, to color my stamped images. If you need the full list of markers, I’ll have them linked on my blog, there are quite a few. By the way, you can easily make a 5×7 inch card with these dies. That was initially my intent but it felt a little big, so I scaled it down to 4.25 x 6.75 inches for a slightly more cozy feel.

I also heat embossed my sentiment on black mixed media cardstock. I thought about adding sequins but I really didn’t think it was needed. I really love how it turned out. Thanks so much for stopping by, it’s been a fun month!
A big thank you to our Brew Crew DT – Terri Burson for an awesome month of inspiration. Here are the other projects she shared:
