Welcome back! If you follow me you know I’ve been creating some cards with these fab toner card fronts from Therm O Web! I used two card fronts to create 5 backgrounds. I’ll have a post up on the Therm O Web blog later this month showing how I do this so look out for that but for today… some Luck of the Irish Coffee!
I have a confession! I’ve never had Irish coffee! I’ve just never been anywhere at the right time or where I know they make them… I guess this should be one of my fun goals if I’m any kind of a coffee lover! This background was created with a negative sheet (the green) of foil and some toner paper and then I ran it through a second time with gold.
For “some” reason I don’t have any St Patrick’s Day themed Newton’s Nook sets! I’ve been seeing an adorable pup and I really don’t understand why I don’t have it! Maybe another fun goal. I mean… if I’m any kind of stamp lover… lol! So I used a couple Newton’s Nook coffee sets and colored the cup green.. along with the whipped topping that must indicate Irish Coffee, right??
Finally, I built my sentiment using stamps from Trinity and the coffee die from A Jillian Vance Design and added a Glitter Dust Frame from Therm O Web.
