Hello Coffee Lovers!!

Dana here with a sad crafty goodbye! This is my last post as a designer for the Coffee Loving Cardmakers! Looking back I started on the team in 2017!! Whoa!! I’ve had a thing happen in my personal life and decided I need to take some time for myself as I heal. I’ll still be crafty, but on my own time and schedule as I continue to navigate life!

I want to thank Amy so much for the opportunity to join the design team way back when (LOL) and create for all you coffee lovers! She is truly a wonderful person and puts so much time and effort into this blog! Amy, you are amazing!!

I am sharing one last card, a thank you card! Thank you to all the crafters who have read my posts and those who left comments it’s been fun creating for you!

My card today features Pretty Pink Posh dies and Heffy Doodle sentiment! I started with Winter Mug dies and cut the coffee cup from a dark pink card stock. I also cut the liquid coffee part from Kraft cardstock and used a brown marker to color it darker, then added it to my coffee cup.

Next, I cut out some birds from pink and purple with the Stitched Birds die along with the flower and leaf from the Get Well Mug Additions die set. I assembled one of the birds and added it to the mug, along with two of the flowers and leaves. With a white marker pen I added a few line details.

With the Tea Time Sentiment set from Heffy Doodle, I stamped the Thanks a Latte on kraft cardstock. I trimmed it down to a strip and added it to my coffee cup.

For the background I found some very light grey card stock and used Pretty Pink Posh’s Layered Clouds stencil with some blue inks from Papertrey Ink. I trimmed the panel down and added it to a white card base. Last I added the coffee cup and bird with foam tape.
