Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Happy Mug Shot Monday CLC friends!  This is Shanna today and I am so excited to celebrate Coffee Week with all of you!  I had a lot of fun creating my card using products from a variety super sponsors.  Crackerbox Stamps, Twiddler’s Nook, and Trinity Stamps are all sponsoring this week’s events so I grabbed some of my favorite products and had some crafty fun!

I decided to make a shaker card to feature some of the amazing embellishments Twiddler’s Nook carries.  Of course I needed to use a few of their super handy embellishment trays to help keep me organized and make clean up a breeze too.  I used the TN Green Pixie Dust Micro Beads and Balloon Confetti (possibly discontinued?) along with the Yellow Star embellishment tray and Purple Donut embellishment tray (my fave!!).

To create my card I decided to use a trio of newer stamps from Crackerbox Stamps.  Cups Stacked, Tea Bag Flat, and Tea-riffic all came together to create my focal panel.  I stamped the stamps across a die cut 3.75″ x 5.25″ panel using Ink on 3 Atelier ink in Sweet Petunia Pink and then heat embossed in clear for some dimension and shine.

To create my shaker window I used the Trinity Stamps Cafe Cup Cutout die to cut out my window. I added some acetate and double thick foam tape to add it to a slightly larger yellow cardstock panel after adding the embellishments.  Next I added it to a A2 size floral print before adhering it to a card base.  To help keep track of my die while I was crating– the Twiddler’s Nook Magnetic die holder–shaped like a coffee mug no less–was

I had thought of leaving it as is, but decided I really wanted the Tea-riffic sentiment.  I stamped it in Ink on 3 Bee Sting Yellow Atelier ink and added it underneath the shaker window.  Then the card was done!
