Hello everyone! Summer is almost over and kids are headed back to school, so I have selected a fun back-to-school project with you. When I was teaching, I was required to bring my own k-cups for the coffee maker, so I thought that giving out a little basket of these would be a wonderful gift for teachers.

You can use just about any of the items you have in your coffee collection to make these little boxes. For my project, I selected pattern papers from Echo Park and paired them with some fabulous Honey Bee Stamp images.
The boxes themselves can be created using a scoreboard or cut on a cutting machine using the SVG I created. Each one is constructed from a 5” x 10” piece of pattern paper with a little box inside designed to hold a single k-cup.
These boxes are very versatile. Not only do they hold a k-cup, but they can also be filled with treats, small sanitizers or lotions, or other little gifts you wish to give.
After assembling the boxes, I used a punch to create a hole for the ribbon which is held in place with white twine. The twine was used to hold each of the tags in place which were stamped with different sentiments from the stamp set.
Each of the coffee cup images was shaded with tri-blend markers. I have shared quite a few videos on my channel showing how to shade a coffee cup.
I have also posted a video showing you how to assemble these k-cup boxes. They are very simple to make and will be greatly appreciated by all the teachers you give them to.
Thank you again for visiting the blog today. I hope that this project inspired you to create a few of these k-cup holders for the teachers at your local school.
I hope that you have a wonderful week, and I can’t wait to see what you create!
