I fell in love with the Colorado Craft Company’s “Coffee House” stamp set which is available HERE at Super Sponsor Ellen Hutson. I stamped that adorable critter with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink, clear embossed it, fussy cut him out and then colored him with Altenew markers and Prismacolor Pencils
The background was made with a new to me “Coffee Beans” stencil (gifted to me by a dear friend for Christmas!) from Stamp Anniething. I used Versamark ink with the stencil, then added white embossing powder. One it was embossed, I trimmed it down a little and added “Tea Dye” Distress Ink with a domed blending foam. I matted the bean panel on a brown panel, slightly larger, then added it to the card base.
The coffee word die is from Super Sponsor “Stamplorations” cut 2 times in white and once in brown, then stacked for dimension. The “solves everything” is from a retired stamp set from Super Sponsor “Right At Home” called “Cup of Joy.” I only used those two words from one of the longer stamps by cutting those two words off the sentiment stamp. It is heat embossed in white on the same brown card stock.
Here’s a look:
Once all the pieces were put together, I took a pink card stock heart from my stash and added it on top of the “o” of the “Coffee” word die and added white gel pen to it and the image. Lastly, I added a few “Pastel Fairy Gems” from Memory Box to finish my card.
Here’s one last look:
I hope you like my card for today. I had so much fun creating it!
And now just a little kindness quote to make your upcoming week awesome!
“Be the one who makes others feel included.”
Thanks so much for stopping by!
