Hello Coffee Lovers!!

It’s time for Brew & Craft Your Stash! We are looking for inspiration from Paper Crafters Handmade Cards and Card Creations for Him! Both are from 2013! So grab your cup and settle in!

Today we are getting our inspiration from Card Creations for Him! The next page in the Casual & Playful sections features a really cool car-shaped card, along with a sandwich-shaped card (yes a sandwich card!!). The other cards are cute and retro! All very cool cards for guys!

I went with a fun coffee card with cute dogs!! To create it I paired Avery Elle Cool Beans (I picked it up from Butterfly Reflections!) with Catherine Poolers Doxie Birthday Party stamp sets.

I started by stamping a couple of dogs and most of the birthday accessories from the stamp set and then fussy cut them all out.

For the coffee cup, I first stamped it on white card stock and fussy cut it out. Then I used the dark green ink and just swiped it a few times on a piece of card stock. Then I stamped the coffee cup on the green and fussy cut just the cup part of the image. With my Altenew alcohol markers, I colored the lid of the cup and then added the green cup to the colored image.

Next, I played with the placement of all the images, and when I was happy when them I moved the of my white panel. I went in with the yellow ink and inked in some on the background. Then I stamped several solid hearts and several outline hearts.

Before I adhered everything down with foam tape, I stamped Happy Birthday on the green coffee cup! Last, I added the panel to a dark green card base.
