Hello there Coffee Loving crafty peeps! It’s Kerry here and I’m back with another fun Sunday Sip. Since today is a very special and unique Easter holiday for many like myself, I decided to create and share a card that is inspired by Easter, Spring and missing my peeps so much!
I pulled this new Mama Elephant set I purchased from Butterfly Reflections ink called “Zodiac Sheep Stamp Set”. I think it’s sold out in her shop right now but I’m headed back to get the coordinating dies! Since the stamp set didn’t have the sentiments I was looking for to make my card come to life, I used my computer to create the handmade punny talking bubbles.
After coloring the cute girl sheep and their to-go cups, I diecut some grass (from The Cat’s Pajamas) and then added some old printed paper at the bottom. I also tied a piece of white grossgrain ribbon around this panel because I can’t go very long without a little ribbon on my cards!
After mounting this panel onto an orange card base, I stamped another little sheep and the envelope and attached it to the front of a Gina K Sea Glass envelope. I’ll be addressing the envelope nice and fancy and then to secure the sheep, I’ll add this card (and matching envie) to a special treat box that will go with this happy mail! PERFECTLY FUN!
Sending Easter blessings to you this year. See you soon!
