Welcome everyone to another fun day of National Coffee Day Week. We are celebrating all week with lots of fun inspiration from all the design team members. Today we have Lori Turner and Katie Brooks.
Make sure to check out the hop that started on Sept. 29th and goes through October 6th. CLICK HERE to start hopping.
Going in order of seasons, we have Katie up first with Fall:
I created my one layer card by starting with my base. On the base, I placed large die cut circle with some removable adhesive in the circle of the card. Next I layered this stencil from Super Sponsor Newton’s Nook on top and used Distress Ink and a blending brush from Super Sponsor Trinity stamps to create the pattern. Next, I stamped my image from MFT and purchase from Super Sponsor Doodlebugs in the middle of the circle. I also stamped it on Copic friendly paper and colored it. I cut it out and mounted it with foam tape on top of the image in the circle. Lastly, i stamped my sentiment along the bottom. For a full list of supplies you can visit me on my blog here.
Here is a close up of the darling Zebra wearing his fall sweater with awesome elbow patches. He’s a pretty stylin’ dude!
Next up is Lori with her Winter themed card.
Hello crafty friends…Lori here, sharing this cozy, yummy Christmas card with you all – celebrating National Coffee Day! My card features the newest coffee stamp/die set from Stampin’ Up! and it’s a ton of fun. The stamp set, called Cup of Christmas and the die set, called Cup of Cheer are amazing together and the possibilities with this combo is literally endless! So fun! I also added some texture using the Cable Knit embossing folder – just so cozy!
Don’t you just love the texture!?! Here is one more shot for you to get you in the mood for the upcoming holiday season.
Well friends, that’s all we have for you today. We really appreciate you stopping by and hope you are enjoying the hop and the inspiration we have for you this week. Come back tomorrow for some amazing creations from Annette and Lisa G!
