Tea for the Soul

Hello friends. Esther Asbury here, and I’m back for my second post as guest designer this month. Today I’m sharing a clean-and-simple card with one of Graciellie Designs new releases — “Tea For The Soul.”

I kept this card simple and clutter free. The background features some pretty yellow hearts stenciled in distress oxides on watercolor paper.

I printed my main image on Canson mix media paper and colored it with Prismacolor Pencils. I fussy cut the image and added just a bit of ultra thick embossing enamel to the lemon slices to create a “refreshing” look.

Very pretty, Esther. Love the stenciled hearts in the BG, the slight distressing, your always beautiful coloring and of course, the gorgeous overall design. 🙂
