Hey there coffee/tea/cocoa loving friends! It’s Kerry here and I’m back with another fun Sunday Sip! I had quite an adventure at the Fresh World market yesterday and picked up a ton of yummy teas (I was looking for some fresh Thai Tea) so I think that’s why today’s post is inspired by TEA! So here you go CAT lovers and tea drinkers!
I created this card featuring fun images and dies from Super Sponsor The Cat’s Pajamas. The set “This Could Be Vodka” is so fun and includes a couple cute cats in cups and a bear to boot! The sentiments are punny and make me giggle. I also love the itty bitty images in the set. They’re perfect for fun patterns on paper!
After stamping with My Favorite Things Black ink, I colored the images using Copic Markers. Next, I fussy cut the kitty cup and set it aside so I could diecut a fun polk-a-dotty background using the die called DOTS . After that, I started to assemble my card!
I wanted the stamped pattern to peek through the holes (especially those gray kitties) so I tucked the white paper under the Dots diecut and then mounted the teacup on top. Adding some twine and a little red button to hold the tag-like sentiment finished it off.
Thanks for hopping over to check out this card today. I hope it inspires you this wee to GET ALONG…You can do it!
See you next week!
