Coffee Loving Papercrafters

Happy Monday!  Today is Labor Day here in the US and I am happy to have today off.

I have a fun card for you today and it is inspired by something my daughter made me.  She is 10 and loves art and coloring, but she also get’s impatient and starts to scribble.  LOL.  Here is the picture she made.

She is such a sweet girl and was very excited when I told her she inspired me to make a creation of my own.  Here are a few sneak peaks:

Isn’t it sweet!  I used her idea of a little coffee family of three (just like ours).  I created them using Trinity Stamps Coffee with Character stamp set.  I love the variety in this stamp set, all the different accessories and lids.  You’ll notice there the mini cup, which makes the perfect little one. I followed my daughter’s lead by going with green (Starbucks’s theme).  I colored them with my Copics. I added green Doodlebugs paper for the background and other Doodlebug’s paper for the bows.  Loving the cute pearls on the bows to.  The stars are from a PTI background die.  Finally the sentiment is from the Trinity Stamps Caffeinated Sentiments set.
