Coffee Loving Papercrafters

It is hard to believe fall is upon us, but October is here, so I don’t think it can be denied any longer.  In fact, I went to the pumpkin patch yesterday with the fam and it was early in the season but there were several bonuses- it wasn’t cold, rainy or crowded and we got the pick of the patch!  Here is our girl and one of her best buds.

So this card is appropriate given our day yesterday.

I love these Leading Lady sets by Ellen Hutson, they are so fun and versatile. I enjoyed stamping, coloring and paper piecing this one.  I found various fall papers and used them for the sweater and boots.  The rest was colored using Copics.  The basket holds a pumpkin and the coffee of course.  The base is cut using Avery Elle Wonky Stitches.  The sentiment is, acorn and leaves are from last year’s Neat and Tangled Simon Says Stamp exclusive.

Sooooo, have you hopped the National Coffee Day hop yet?  I am about halfway through, so I have some work to do, but getting there!
