So there I was. Searching for inspiration in the annals of Paper Playful (if you’re not familiar, some amazing bloggers put together a ton of cardmaking challenges every single day, all in one handy list). And then I came across the Library Challenge, and it stopped me right in my tracks.
A) A challenge that incoporates book covers?!?!
B) Check out this fab inspiration.

I love how striking this design is in it’s simplicity and set out to replicate it with coffee.
I used the Anywhere There’s Coffee die set from STAMPlorations to create a negative die cut into a piece of stark black cardstock.
I used a couple of different sentiment sets from STAMPlorations to create one that accompanied the coffee image.
I then stopped to take my temperature, because I realized I was creating a clean and simple card. GASP!
As you can see, I made a couple of different versions, using sentiment sets.
These are just so adorbs and I’m in love with the glittery red hearts.
I hope you enjoyed this design, and I hope you’ll give negative space and the new Library Challenge a try!
Thanks for popping by!
