Let’s take a little break from cooking, shall we? 😀 Today I have a simple card with gift card holder inside and a pocket to share for you.

Today, I used the Super Sponsor Joy Clair – Christmas Coffee Stamp Set on this card. On the front of the card, I heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder. And then I stamped the big holly leaves on another plaid patterned paper and fussy cut them. I added them on the card and addd some of the big red gems.

To create the gift card holder inside the card, I used on of the die from Concord and 9th – Bags and Tags Dies. And then I used green/white twine to hold the card.

I used an regular A2 envelope to create the pocket. First, I glued to close the flap, and then I cut out on the side of the envelope to create the pocket.

To decorate the front pocket, I used one of the Holiday Plaid paper pad that I got from Hobby Lobby. I added on the pocket diagonally and cut off the extra paper.

I stamped the cup on a creme cardstock and fussy cut it. Then, I stamped the small holly leaves on another plaid patterned paper and fussy cut them, too.  I added them on the pocket with adhesive.

And then I stamped the sentiment from the same set with red and green archival ink using my Mini Misti.

I finished the pocket with a big red gem on the holly leaves.
