Happy New Year and welcome back to the Saturday Coffee Café! With the holidays behind us, I’m looking forward to fresh, new starts in the new year. Besides some personal goals (yeh, like trying to get into those pants that fit last summer!), I have crafty goals I hope to accomplish, too. I received a beautiful Carpe Diem planner for 2016 and only decorated one month of it! So, one of my goals is to make every month of 2017 in my planner pretty! Another goal is to try new techniques. I’ve saved techniques on Pinterest and have a file filled with techniques I’ve wanted to try (but haven’t). Hmm…maybe I can combine these two goals and try new techniques on my planner pages? Multi-tasking…some things never change!
For my card, I started with some Lawn Fawn Perfectly Plaid Fall Petite Paper. These wonderful coffee cup images are from Neat & Tangled Perfect Blend stamp/die set which I gold embossed. The sentiment is from Concord & 9th Let’s Chat set.
