Hello Crafty Friends and Coffee Lovers,
I am back on the Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog and I am so happy to be here. Normally I love color, color, color on my cards. But sometimes less is more.I love all the nudes and browns too and would like to make a CAS card.I had so much fun making this card, using the amazing Oh Frappe Stamp Set and the coordinating Dies by Ellen Hutson.
At first I stamped the Sentiment But first, Coffee. with a lighter and a darker brown ink on the panel as shown. Then I diecutted the cup, stamped it and watercolored it with my Gansai Tambi.I mounted it on the panel using dimensional foam tape. Then I stamped the heart above the cup. Then I mounted the panel on a white card base using again dimensional foamtape. I embellished the card with some wooden hearts from Freckled Fawn.
